Dodge D-15 and D-60 info

Great to see these old Dodges survive in India! Could it be that the truck in pictures 1,2 and 3 are one and the same? It looks like the markings on the bumper and damage to the grill match up(?).
Judging from the rear body and frame in the front of the body I presume this truck is a D60L.

Thank you for correcting me yes it's a same truck I have not checked the marking on the bumper these world war vehicles were given (donated) to the government technical institutes for study purpose and for there uses but as of now they were not in use they were auctioned as a scrap ,there is a link of a video I have taken still from it,is it a D15

I don't see any remains of the front marker lights in the face of the front fenders. Also, it has the fancy Dodge rear fenders which were not used on D15's. My guess is that it's a 1940 Dodge civilian pickup.
I can't see from the video.....is it Right hand drive?

Aren't those air vents on the front fenders just decorative stamped ribs?
