Default 1943-1945 Chevrolet Victory Cab

Not a Bombay Chev, although the coach built cab isn't standard - who would have ordered such a cab when mass produced pressed steel cabs had become the norm for mass production?

Edited to add: I have been assured it is not an Australian cab.
