Dave

If someone was keen to do a wartime K5 (such as used on the North South Road) this might be a good start. The only difference between K5 or KS5(two speed diff) and KB/KBS5 is an extra bit of chrome added to the front grille.

I have a KBS5 and am wrestling with the idea of setting it up with my round front McGrath trailer for next year's Back to the Track.

6,000km return Brisbane, Alice Springs, Darwin, Brisbane is starting have me think - 70kmh and 10 miles to the gallon against 90kmh and 20miles to the gallon with my WC12 Dodge and its new high ratio diff???
