Thankyou for the response. They probably are for a motorcycle. I know that my father rode motorcycles in England before the war and after he came home. I don’t recall him telling about a Royal Enfield, but he did say that he owned a Matchless. I also know that his cousin rode a Black Shadow.

Enfield were also very big bicycle manufacturers until 1967.
The middle spanner looks like a standard bicycle tool. The thin spanner looks like an axle bearing cone adjuster for a bike. Most bike tool kits had those two spanners and a couple of tyre irons. There probably was a similarity in some tools between motor cycle and bicycle. Lang |
