No, I think it's a pre-1938 Opel Kadett. The Olympia (1935-37) had a flatter grill, and vertical louvres in the bonnet sides. Here's my Olympia as I found it; another one on the 'to-do' list. Also attached a generic shot of a Kadett for comparison.
