I did get one measurement from someone else. It matches yours almost perfectly with two exceptions. The small diameter is 1.632 (as opposed to 1.72 in your drawing) and it also has a much larger chamfer at the end.
Questions regarding the dimensions of TL7477 resurfaced... the end lengths being observed to +- match what Dave provided. The smaller end diameter in millimeters on one original example is +- 41.65 ... similar to what Rob found.
