A good number of the Pathe/Critical Past and Movietone 'unissued' films on Youtube are raw footage from British and Canadian cameramen. In fact they are the only source for Canadian raw footage after the fire destroyed the originals.

For example these films are nearly all Canadian unedited stock:

It is fairly simple to download Youtube films if you avoid Chrome!
