Thanks Mike,
The fire extinguisher could have been a post war fit, maybe while still in military service - the bracket looks to be original as I have not touched the paint, although the paint is peeling the camo is still quite intact. There are also two of the smaller fire extinguishers inside the cab, one in the passengers footwell & one behind the drivers right shoulder - these too have always been there.
