Hey Harry
I have checked the pump and it does not appear to be welded, at least on the outside of the pulley, I would assume that that is where it would be welded if it was. The pulley would go on last and then get welded correct? We did try using a puller that uses 2 of the four holes and added heat but it would not budge, I am going to make a puller that has 4 holes like the manual shows. searching online so far water pumps with a core charge are like 350 US so lets see if I can get this one apart lol.
