Yes, it's definitely a cab 13. The compressor, or air pump should eb easy to see mounted on the driver's side of the gearbox. When not fitted there is a blanking plate instead. The easy way to judge the wheelbase is to see whether the tailshaft is in one piece (134 1/4") or two piece (158 1/4"). Looks like the 400 steering box which is the heavy one, which will mean 6" steering ends. Hope this helps.
