Brian Ashbury has some Ford cable measurements in THIS THREAD.

Phil mentions in THIS THREAD that the Chev Cab 12 is 87.5in outer with the inner cable being 1in longer, while the Cab 13 is 95/96in.

I would be triple checking the length required before ordering, as once it's made it's too late to ask for an extra inch. Use a household electrical extension cable and run it along the route you plan to run the speedo cable, ensuring sufficient slack to avoid chafing or interference, and to allow for large radius turns that the speedo cable will need (you can bend electrical cable into much tighter turns). Even when you're done with that, add another inch!
