I think he's posted the wrong photo!
Agree with you Mike, 1/4 vent window, kicker type side vent = Australian Chev.
Front axle appears to be 5 stud, barrel roller (heavy) type. Wheel seems to have been installed without the doubler plate as you can see the extra hole between each stud for rear axle, ten stud fitment.
