I saw that Jason, the thoughts I had are the same as yours.
The only thing I can think of is that someone decided that a white fleet vehicle, which is where it may have been originally would be better off done in cam scheme of the time. I recall the 1 Can Div Suburban done up in cam, similar circumstances but different place? And by the way, you need it Jason
