I believe the holder on the truck here in Silo has the 1 gallon portion. I think I also had it on my KL years back, although those brackets originally came off a van body if I recall.

I've got an orginal 1gal holder that was on my Wire-3 box. I'll post up some pictures and measurements tomorrow. It would be very easy to fabricate.

Robert, I have this spare one I don't need. It's fairly solid except for a little rust damage top and bottom. PM if interested.
