Col Aldar Paasonen (C Int Ops in Fin GHQ) standing left is on 3rd February 1943 telling the Finnish Government that Germany has lost the war.

First row from left: 1) General R. Walden, Min of Def. 2) Prime Min J. Ragnell 3) President R. Ryti 4) Marshal C.G.E. Mannerheim.

From now on Finland was trying to find a way out of the war.

Colonel Aladàr Antero Zoltàn Béla Guyla Arpàd Paasonen was born in 1898 and belonged to the first Finnish Officers Course 1919-20 joining 1st Arty Regt.
