Hi Jim
As far as I know the wipers were hand operated probably because of the removable windscreen. The last photo shows an aftermarket wiper motor on the one in the Cavalry Museum in Holland. When you sat in the truck it was a bit of an obstruction. I drove mine in a parade in Amsterdam at 30 mph where it just poured rain and I never had to use the wiper because of the armoured flaps. I realize you will probably need one for licencing in PA.
