ALEXANDER, Wilfred Andrew 'Wilf' - It is with profound sadness we announce the sudden passing of Wilf Alexander on October 21, 2016.
Wilf was a proud and dedicated volunteer for many years with St. John’s Ambulance, Durham Regional Police Auxillary, and most recently was proud Captain at Station 3 OSM Fire Services.
He leaves behind his wife Carol, daughter Nicole (Jim), sister-in-law Christine Galler (Mike) and their daughters Brooke and Brittany, brother-in-law Bill Jost (Carol) and their family, and parents-in-law Wilhelm and Margarete Jost.
He will be missed by many other family members, co-workers, and friends.
At Wilf’s request, cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to an Animal Humane Society or Rescue Shelter of your choice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted with Benson-Shields funeral homes, Millbrook.
