G'day Tony,

I am not trying to tell you a Furphy - however that red tank towed by the 1939 Chevrolet is actually a Furphy Tank - as Mike Kelly pointed out.

If you had taken a wee diversion from where Bryce's graduation was held then you might have arrived in Shepparton. Once there you could have taken the Furphy Tank Museum tour. The tanks have a strong link to Australian Military history for providing water to the fronts - plus they bred a colloquialism that is associated with Australian folk lore.
