I have a small red cardboard box of 1/4 inch ones. Collet brand, made in England.
"fixed in a minute, at every wires end" The box has a picture showing models: DS 5/32",D 3/16",DW 3/16",E 1/4",EW 1/4, 5/16", and 3/8". This box is of 1/4 inch EW and has a hand written part number E288626 I understand these were among spares for the Australian pattern, New Zealand built LP2 or LP2A carriers.
