Have to agree with Keith et al on this: the Aussie Chev doors are different to the Canadian doors for both Ford and Chev, and the CDN Ford and Chev doors have subtle differences but are in essence, the same and interchangeable.

I've also seen a really odd door pressing on a CMP in Edmonton Canada - never seen anything like it before, and it was the truck's original door. I'll see if I can find the images. It had a square pressed into the inner door skin.

The Australian hinges also have differences to their CDN counterparts. Keith - you would be better to explain the differences there, as it's a long time since I looked at the subtleties of CMP construction.
