Norwegian brunost/brown cheese now on the grocery list, along with some goats milk to see how that tastes/works. (I'm not a milk drinker normally ... in fact never tasted the stuff after baby-hood, until I was 11 years old when I tasted sourcream for the first time and got immediately and absolutely hooked with intense cravings for it (forever after) THEN tried milk. Strange. I think my stepfather totally turned me off wanting to try milk as when he'd milk the cows he'd always squirt me in the face ... and those cows teats didn't look too hygenic either YUK oooooh GROSSSSS
