I found the two volume set of Design Branch Records about 17 years ago at a white elephant sale here in Shilo. They weren't cheap....I think it cost $20 for the two books. I saved some money by making the pile much higher......the books were cheaper by the pile.

I made the mistake of letting them go at one point in my life. I managed to buy them back a year or two ago, so I am a happy man once again.

They are available on disc through Clive Law I believe. http://www.servicepub.com/cd-rom.html

Problem with trying to scan it is that I believe it will break the spine of the book. I have posted the odd page, paragraph or photo when it has direct information for various topics of discussion here on MLU, but it is done by photographing rather than actual scan.
