I agree with others.

FYI Ferret tyres / tires have substantial thickness and frankly as long as you heed the circumference tolerance issue you will be fine with used tires.

How many miles do you intend to do in a year?

The UK is a good source for used ones, Bob Grundy is someone to make your friend as he is an excellent scavenger.
