I've seen photos of similar truck

The pictures you posted jump out in my mine as if I've seen this type someplace before. Took a moment then grabbed one of Bart Vanderveens books. Here is what I found- Vanderveen 1.jpg Vanderveen 2.jpg I'm pretty sure there was an Wheels and Tracks article as well. Cheers Phil
