I thought these nipples were disined for oil, not for greas. what kind of grase gun gets into those nipples??

They are called a button head fitting, and I believe they were originally from alemite. There are two sizes of head...the carrier uses the smaller ones. They are still available commercially, along with the grease gun adapter.

Alemite, or Tecalemite. Which is what the "junior compressor"(carrier kit grease gun) connects to.

so, now my qustion is- were all of nippels planed originaly to be seviced with oil or grease??

I beileve they were all grease. If you look at the cork seals on the roadwheels, they would not hold oil in, but rather were more for dust and dirt control. The rear wheel bearings were grease, as evidenced by the outer wheel seals which were there to keep oil out of the bearings. Any of those button style nipples on the steering bellcranks etc were for grease. The only other location that comes to mind is the one on top of the transmission/differential coupler. That one was interesting in that there is no internal baffling to prevent the grease from eventuallybeing washed away by the differential oil, but at the same time it may have been there to ensure lubrication to the speedometer drive gear.
