Default if this helps......

Clive and those below the equator.....if someone has family or visitors visiting Vancouver or heading up to the Australian Territory of Whistler, I could arrange to have the books picked up here or delivered (within a small distance) if that works to save on the shipping. I'm fairly centrally located in Vancouver and 30 minutes from the airport. I can work out the details with Clive. Throw it on the table for discussion.
