Rick that is a F602L, a factory built 4x2 chassis.

Keith are u joking? I have never heard of a 2 wheel drive LWB one either.

when were they made and how many were made?

There were 4X2 versions of both the long and medium wheelbase versions according to the CMP 'bible' by Bart Vanderveen. Don't know about numbers produced though.
You should have a copy of this book in your reference library!

It looks as if the 4wd hub and axle ends are still used but with a straight tube.
