Hi Lynn,
Here in Australia, ABS Part No. A725 are the rear 1-1/2" cups. I bought them off the shelf from local brake shop two years ago. They were also listed as IBS Brake parts P725E on the package. Cheers, Jacques

Those aftermarket imperial cups ( typically made in places like Spain) can cause problems. They are not the same width as the originals and unless your cylinder is in pristine condition, they can weep .
Also, check your cylinder with a bore gauge, for it may be oversize . PBR used to supply oversize cups but that was decades ago .

Hi Lynn
Ford truck 1939--48 and all blitzes use wheel cylander boots no. (p)5975 front and(P( 5976 rear PBR numbers. readily available in Aus. PBR numbers and Lockheed numbers are often the same . PBR may use latter P , Lockheed use FC.

PBR don't manufacture imperial sized cups any more . They sold all of the dies/moulds to a guy who apparently destroyed them or sold them off-shore. You may get lucky and find a store with some old imperial PBR stock, if you do, buy them all . My neighbour has had problems with the IBS imperial aftermarket cups made in Spain , leaking -weeping in a AT4 dodge truck , they are narrower cups than the PBR ones . We did think of using two of them in series eg 4 to each cylinder . Mike

Hi Mike,
Thanks for that information regarding thinner Spanish made IBS cups. It made me go check my spares box. Luckily the rear ones were the correct thickness NOS ABS items but the front were the Spanish IBS as pictured. Even without measuring, the IBS cup on the right is noticeably thinner than an earlier original sample on the left. Measured as best as possible on a rubber part: 0.350" vs 0.315" = 0.035" Not a lot, but enough to cause problems with sealing obviously. Cheers,
