It looks like a fairly standard Fram bypass filter as fitted to lots of vehicles. I have one in my Willys Jeep. Although the return is higher up, and has two strap brackets instead of one. If you haven't got the filter bowl, Maybe you could adapt one from any Jeep dealer. Weld the two brackets together, would be easier than trying to make one. Ron
