Hi Dale,

Have you tried a building recyclers yard? Often these type of fittings are pulled out of houses schedules for demotion/renovation, and can usually be found fitted to a cast metal face plate....
I found one for my resto at just such a place, and it cost me the princely sum of $5 with the face plate still attached. Check your local area for this type of business, they may be able to help you out.
