I remember when my truck was that nice and clean , then I did the 92' Alcan trip , 8200 miles in 5 weeks, as for parts for these I still have waterproof distributor and spark plug housings, engine is a T236, this is the bigger block, longer than the US motor, different hood, box , canvas, all are 12 volt, all have winches, lifting rings that fit over wheel, all were produced in 1945 , total of 6500 units , I saw some as late as Oct. 45, look for the C broad arrow on the frame and cowl to floor support angle, hope this helps,
