Can you give an indication of which vehicles they cover? I see Willys MB in one of them in the photo.

I think that's just the generator engine.

"A" and "F" Machinery lorries, would be GM C60X with Lindsay body. "H" and "RE 25 KW" would be Diamond T 975.

To complicate things, there are 2 versions of the Machinery A and F manuals. Mach-F-1 applies to the C60X based version while MACH-F-2 applies to the F60L based version. Similarly MACH-A-1 applies to the C60X based version and MACH-A-2 applies to the F60L based version.
Manuals Mach-E25-1 and MACH-H-1 apply to Diamond T based trucks.
