F60L Cab 12 truck

I believe the tube is more prevalent on Canadian cab 12 and the flat angle cover more a Holden/Australia design..... am I correct??

On cab 11...... were the fender rubber lights added later.... did the early production models with out the air vents have those lights...

and when cab 11 did get the fender lights where was the wiring routed.. ....inside the under fender bracket with the headlight wiring.....?
