The last sentence is, however, correct. Nice people them Dutch, nice cheese, nice coffee and nice baccy. Nice govt that designates a legal wacky-baccy town centre area and allows you to pop off elsewhere when your mortal frame has irrevocably and unrepairedly failed, without throwing your helpers inside for years.
