I think its a 5-inch 54 calibre: the armament on the Perth Class Guided Missile Destroyers (US Charles F Adams Class, modified for Australia). HMAS Perth, Brisbane and Hobart. Now all retired and disposed of as dive reefs.

It's a Naval round only. The turret system is automatic - push the firing trigger down in the Gun Plot room and it just keeps banging away until the magazine guys cry 'enough' and stop feeding it or the finger is taken off the trigger. It's a joy to watch the turret mechanicals up close.

The last is a throttle or choke knob for a Ford SV V8 - standard on many pre-war and wartime Ford trucks and lorries, including your cab 12. Should have 'T' or 'C' engraved/stamped into the face of the knob.
