G'day
I'm not that sure it matters, the The adjusters are not handed so you could have the steeper incline facing the front on the RH side but opposite on the LH side ? The workshop manual I have makes no mention of it. as for the cap, I wouldn't worry about that either the wedge wont come out as the pins hold it in.
