I can get some copied. would cost about $30 Australian plus postage.
I would prefer to do a batch altogether so if anyone wants one form a Que and lets know  I have a pay pal account so that would work best for me.

I bought the book.
Forgot about this thread.... I will look through the book you suggested. I have proceeded as well as I could without really good pictures. I used the Dutchman for most of my outside look. Inside is all my own creation.
