David it is the way we do things now. Councils all over the western world are well in debt. My home town has plenty of it and it's growing. I wonder how our kids will pay for our excesses. We vote in council members who have no idea about money (people like me) and we wonder why it gets worse.
Many U.S. councils are in deep trouble. They employ the police and fire departments. I have heard about them being laid off in some areas. Have I blown this out or what?
