Barv
The Royal Logistics Corps (?) used to have some for pushing around landing craft. Maybe it was the Royal Navy. The various British magazines and journals might have pictures or drawings from the time these were in service.

Sherman BARV interior photos
Attached are some photos of the interiror of a preserved Sherman BARV I gleaned on the internet about one year ago. Can't seem to find them again, and stupidly enough I did not write down the URL.
