Default fording kits

(In my humble experience) The fording kit was never issued down to the units - especially the reserve regiments. Heck, even the cutoffs were safety wired in the disengaged position. And, after years of abuse followed by just-in-time maintenance, I doubt anything would have been actually watertight.
