Oh boy does that ever bring back memories. Too bad it is so far away from Canada, or I might just take out a second mortgage to pay for the shipping.
I recall a bottom and top tray for the vehicle mount. The bottom bolted down, and there were small screwed "dogs" that engaged the components. The top tray had a spot for each of the assorted boxes.
