What specifically are you trying to find out? The Windsor and T-16 had the same carb with a minor difference being the T-16 version used and automatic electric choke and the Windsor was set up for a manual choke. Some of the references in the T-16 manual use the part code for the Windsor version which made research a little complicated at first.
