Hi Dave..
The tractor looks C15A'ish,note the lifting sling hub on the front wheel,but the tank is different from the CMP 1500 gallon frameless tanker..
Note the different tank front metal work on the CMP trailer..

1500 Gallon 10-M-1 semi trailer bulk petrol tank(frameless)
