Originally the aerials were stowed in these canvas bags, probably a left over from the MkI stowage. This changed and they were then stowed in the metal tubes fixed along the top of the bulkhead, see stowage diagrams.

The outer two brackets I understand were for storing the cammo net "spider" but as usually happens carriers were not issued with it. It was a sprung web umbrella type of arrangement made up of thin poles.
