I know I am lucky to have that box. It will get more repair this winter. It is really interesting to examine the structure of the box. It was designed such that the pieces were very easy to cut and form. Also designed to be forgiving when assembled and probably also fixed in the war arena.
The 261 just fired right up and seems to run good. I am in need of a speedo cable to see how fast it will go. I have a 10 mile run to get to the parade so that will be a good try out !!

The brakes seem to really be working good. I have stamped them a couple of times and they will skid the wheels. I will be carrying a load of Lionettes
in the parade and may then do a real test ahhh better not!!
