Hi Svenn
Both of the plates are 16" in length including about 1" of overlap in the full closed position. Scroll down a little further on http://canadianmilitarypattern.com/M...0Up%20Link.htm to the Pattern 13 Rear Cab Sliding Window heading for several photos. But as has been mentioned before there are several different styles for how they are made. So if someone could post some of the other styles that would be useful. Cheers Phil

It has been a few years since my C15A days, but I am sure the flexible channel material in my 1944 Chev rear window was a double channel unit, not two separate single channels mounted side by side. SPAE-NAUR carried the correct item back in the 80's, but as you say, times change.
