Did M-38s have this??

Thanks, I just recently saw a color pic of an M-38Cdn with the rings on the front bumper.
As for the changing over to a comms Jeep yeah thought I would give it a try as I was a Jimmy a long time ago(744 Comm Regt). The special "T" junction box I am looking for it seems not too many have heard of though its in the Canadian C-42 set installation instructions for a M-38.
I am also trying to find an Arctic top and cowl heater to put on the jeep also.
