My practice
Generally I'll see what email updates I have from MLU, sometimes using one of them to link me straight to the browser, then when I have read that one go to new posts and usually go on to read all of them.
Occasionally I'll hit new posts again some time later and if there are no posts you can then go to the view today's active threads which sometimes brings up things I decide to have a look at which I may have missed before. I am addicted, I admit it!
