But it appears it is equipped wit T16 fenders and skirts?

If you look at the operators manual WC-OM2 for Windsor Carrier, these fenders and skirts are shown in photos as the Original Design.

Its the early pattern of skirt.

The vast majority of survivors seem to have the late pattern resembling those on a a MK2* Carrier. These are the ones presumably which were still in storage in large numbers at the end of the war and I can't immeadiately remember seeing a service photogragh showing one in NW Europe with the late pattern of skirt.

Others may be able to produce a picture.
