For the bulk ignition wire Princess auto had spools of it in their surplus section for around $20 a roll. Otherwise, try Chrysler. I used to get it from them although they may be more expensive than PA. They may have the ends available as well.
The old resister ends on the wires could be re-used if you still have them, (they just screw on and off the old wire) otherwise They can be found at the old vehicle swap meets. They probobly aren't really required anymore as the resistance is built into the plugs.
Someone told me NAPA auto parts now carry the points sets for the Fords. This is something new for them I guess. They didn't have these listed 10 years ago when I was doing other restorations.
